Paphos
is one of the most beautiful parts of the Island. On the way visit
Petra Tou Romiou, the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess
of Love and Beauty. We stop at Kouklia village where, Saint Paul made
some of his speeches -later we will visit, Ayia Paraskevi Church in
Yeroskipou, a Byzantine Church dating to the 10th century,
with a vaulted basilica, a nave and two aisles surmounted by five
domes with later frescoes, dating back to the 15th
century. See St. Paul’s pillar, in Paphos town. (The emperor of
Rome, Sergio Paul became a Christian after listening to Saint Paul’s
speeches the mosaics of Paphos i.e. the house of Dionysus and the
house of these us return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Excursion to Kykko
Monastery
Visit the monastery of Ayios Ioannis Lampadistis, in the village of
Kalopanayiotis. Here at the Karkotis River, Saint Paul baptized Saint
Eraklidios whom became a Christian. Then we visit the Kykko
monastery, the most famous and richest monastery in Cyprus, founded in
1100 and dedicated to the Virgin Mary. It possesses one of the three
surviving icons ascribed to St. Luke. Visit the only museum in the
whole world of its kind in the history of Christianity & Byzantine
time, housed within the monastery’s complex. You return to the hotel
for dinner and overnight stay.

Excursion to Larnaca -
Lefkara
Visit Saint Lazarus famous church. On the way to visit
Hala Sultan, a well-known mosque for the Moslems, we will pass by the
Salt Lake. Visit Angeloktisti – Byzantine church dating to the 6th
century. After we will visit the Neolithic settlement dated to 6800BC
then visit Ayios Minas monastery a famous monastery for icons painting
and final we visit the picturesque village of Lfkara well known for
its embroideries, laces and silverware. Return to the hotel for dinner
and overnight stay.
