He personally designed and developed training programs reflecting the needs of his clients. His current training programs aim to address the effective administrative operations of various travel enterprises. The goal is to illustrate a better understanding of the functions of the various departments within the travel business and efficiently provide travel services to customers.

Additionally, Mr. Demosthenous conducts one-day training programs to hotel personnel across Cyprus establishing tourism awareness. It is his philosophy that tourism awareness among hotel personnel provides the guests with quality resources to better enjoy their stay at their vacationing resort.

Mr. Demosthenous training programs are designed in a way that they can be applied to a variety of tourism related professions. Any employee at any organization that directly deals with tourists is advised to participate in the training.
